3-day Online Workshop: April 9-11, 2021
Earn up to 9.5 CMEs!
Friday 7-9 PM, Saturday 10-5, Sunday 1-5 PM (PST)

This workshop is designed to improve the quality of care that clinicians provide while improving their own resilience and well-being. With current restrictions affecting in-person workshops due to the ongoing pandemic, we are offering the Mindful Medicine Retreat as a live, interactive, online experience.

We have created an interactive learning environment that not only promotes deep inquiry and the development of greater self-awareness, but also supports forming professional connections and new collegial relationships that are central to the experiences participants have had at our in-person workshops. This virtual adaptation minimizes screen time overload through experiential off-screen activities, outdoor practices, and frequent off-screen break times.

Here’s what a few retreat participants had to say about our last online retreat . . .

“The online retreat worked great for me. Probably also, because it was the right amount of breaks or off screen activity! Very well done. Thank you.”

“Zoom format was accessible and effective.”

“I understood more about resilience from the appreciative inquiry and how my own difficult experience showed me that I have grown because of it.”

“I have created and maintained a healthier workspace at home.”

“I feel more empowered to be of service to my colleagues.”

“I was a part of a community of caring people having similar struggles and concerns regardless of setting or practice area.”

“Most valuable things I learned were the power of compassionate listening, quick techniques of centering on the go, and motivation to encourage myself.”
