MBSR & MBCT Class Grads
All MB class grads are welcome here! Whether you have taken Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, with me or elsewhere, you are welcome here. Whether you took an MB class last year or ten years ago, you are welcome here. Whether you have an established daily mindful practice or have stepped away from it for a long time, you are welcome here!
Every month we gather online to refresh our practice together, a meeting we call Sustaining Practice. We meet on the last Tuesday of the month, 6:30-8:00pm Pacific time.
Sustaining Practice is FREE and open to all MBSR/MBCT grads. Donations in any amount are welcome, but not required.
Please join us at our next Sustaining Practice gathering. We come together for mindfulness practice in community with each other, no matter what is happening in the outside world. Please come as you are. Grads Are Invited to Day-long Retreats
Any MB grad is invited to attend the day-long retreats of River Rock Mindfulness MBSR classes. Currently, the day-long retreats are held live online, which really works! We make the day engaging and interactive, including time to connect with each other, sitting
meditation, movement, walking practices, and mindful eating. The next day-long retreat is coming up on April 16, 2022. It is free to attend, donations gratefully accepted. Learn more and register here.
50% Discount on MBSR Classes
Even those who have regular mindfulness practices can benefit from a refresher course in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I offer MB grads 50% off of tuition on MBSR classes. And you don’t have to take the orientation prior to the class! (Though you are certainly welcome.)
