MBSR & MBCT Class Grads
Welcome, Grads!
All MB class grads are welcome here! Whether you have taken Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, with me or elsewhere, you are welcome here. Whether you took an MB class last year or ten years ago, you are welcome here. Whether you have an established daily mindful practice or have stepped away from it for a long time, you are welcome here! You are invited to our Sustaining Practice gatherings, day-long retreats, and to re-take MBSR for half-price.
Grads Are Invited to Monthly Sustaining Practice
Every month we gather online to refresh our practice together, a meeting we call Sustaining Practice. We come together for mindfulness practice in community with each other, no matter what is happening in the outside world.
Please come as you are.

We meet on the third Thursday of the month, 6:30-8:00pm Pacific. Upcoming Sustaining Practice dates:

- May 18
We do not meet in June, July, and August.
Sustaining Practice is FREE and open to all MBSR/MBCT grads. Donations in any amount are welcome, but not required.
