SPACE IS LIMITED FOR THIS RETREAT — only a few slots for graduates are available.

For GRADUATES of an 8-week MBSR (or other MB) class:  Refresh or re-start your practice with a day of mindfulness.  All graduates of previous MBSR / MBCT classes are welcome.  We meet from 10-5 on Saturday (please arrive by 9:30a to get settled in, and help others get oriented).  You know the drill:  Bring your lunch, a mat, any sitting supplies you like.  Please just let me know you are coming with a phone call or email.
